Tamera enjoys working with children and adolescents on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, self-harm, high-functioning autism (Asperger’s Syndrome), ADHD, OCD, GT/HA issues (gifted/high ability) and sensory integration management.  Behavioral concerns resulting from a lack of ability to regulate one’s emotions is a common problem and often leads to anger challenges.  Tamera helps her clients to recognize feelings and learn how to respond to them in a healthy way. Cognitive behavioral therapy is often used with great results.

Sarah is passionate about working with children and adolescents along with their families. She especially enjoys encouraging parents as well as children with behavioral challenges whether due to ADHD, autism, depression, anger, or other struggles.  Working alongside parents to enhance or revamp their parenting styles allows children and adolescents to not feel alone in their therapy journey.  Sarah incorporates many games, crafts, and other modes of learning to teach children methods to recognize and regulate their emotions. Cognitive behavioral therapy is often used with great results as well as strengths-based therapy.
